I have a requirement for "strong security" and have been told to install the Java security policy files which can be downloaded here from Oracle: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jce-7-download-432124.html
In the downloaded zip file, there is a nice README which tells exactly what to do for Oracle's java. Does anybody know where the corresponding files are for IBMs JDK? Specifically java-1.7.0 on Suse 11.2. I see that the "which" links for the jce directory refer to a "..../jce/vanilla" directory. Somehow I don't think 'vanilla' is good enough. But who knows?
