Figure out why your zFCP adapter isn't being brought online. Or, if it is online, why the LUNs are not being brought online. You have two of them, but there's no way to tell which LUNs belong to which adapter without more information, whether they should be multipathed, etc. I would imagine the Red Hat documentation covers this in some detail.
