Harley, if it was still in place, it would look like this:
# lsshut
Trigger Action
========================
Halt stop
Power off vmcmd ("LOGOFF")
Reboot reipl
Restart stop
Panic stop
The chshut command only writes values into pseudo-files such as
/sys/firmware/vmcmd/on_poff and /sys/firmware/shutdown_actions/on_poff, etc.
So, definitely not persistent across a reboot/shutdown.
