Since the Linux kernel will include text from the PARM option of the IPL
command, you can just IPL nnn PARM LINUX 1.  The PARM text can be up to 64
bytes and it is appended to the kernel parm string.

Note that the PARM option is different from the LOADPARM option.  LOADPARM
simulates the loadparm field on the Load screen of the HMC and is only 8
bytes.  There is no HMC equivalent of the PARM option on IPL.  It is a VM
only thing.
