Joe,
Both SLES and RHEL have Apache RPMs. "The Virtualization Cookbook"
describes how to install them. The short answer is:
# yum -y install httpd httpd-manual
For RHEL and:
# zypper install apache2-prefork apache2 apache2-doc apache2-example-pages
for SLES.
