Subject: Ubuntu on z?
Sent by: Linux on 390 Port <[email protected]>

We have an upcoming project that may need Ubuntu running on z/VM. I have
never heard of Ubuntu being supported on z before, so did some googling.
It
looks like there was talk of it back in 2011, but I can't find anything
later
than that.

Did anything ever come of this? Has anyone come up with a version of
Ubuntu
that will run on z?

Martha
