I'm not sure about the exact process for a dual boot server but you can reboot SUSE Linux with with the 'reboot' command or with a form of 'shutdown -r'. Use the 'man shutdown' for the options for the third parameter. To reboot immediately, issue 'shutdown -r now' (without the quotes).
