As of today, and probably for a very long time to come, there is nothing native to Linux that will do this for you. For now, at least, you're going to need to pay for a performance monitor that will correlate all that information for you. Most z/VM shops that I am familiar with run Velocity Software's products. They've been the industry leader for decades now and do a good job. I am far less familiar with IBM's Omegamon offering, or even the inexpensive Performance Toolkit that IBM provides.
