You would get the DUD from your support provider.  So, SUSE since you said you 
were talking with our support team.

The specification would be
dud=nfs://10.96.1.186/path/to/the/file/you're/given/filename

When you get the file, it should be a cpio archive:
# file sles12.dud
sles12.dud: ASCII cpio archive (SVR4 with no CRC)
