Since Mauro was asking about PerfKit, I don't think he would be looking
for the ESAPOOL report in zVPS. To answer his question, I don't think
PerfKit added CPU pool support. (A nice RFE.)

The relevant monitor record (D5R19, MRPRCCPU) contains all of the
information you (Barton) show in your output above except for actual
percentage consumed. That's a value you calculate, and it's a good
example of why you can't manage performance with INDICATE and QUERY.

But taking the members' CPU consumption from other reports and looking at
the CPUPOOL definitions, you can calculate how close you are to the edge
of the pool. That said, you really need to see that "pool limit times"
number from the monitor record. It tells you what's going on within the
interval for which other values are smoothed.
