I am able to get to the site via a web browser at which point I am
prompted for credentials.   I'll follow up with support to see if it is
account related.  Good to know you are able to access the service.

Those look like what I expected, so I checked my /etc/zypp/services.d/
files, and in there I see the
https://scc.suse.com/access/services/ URL  as in your error message.  So,
this now goes back to being a problem on the SCC side of things, or as
Marcy suggested perhaps a change in Marist's network topology.  If it is
still happening on all your systems, you might want to pursue both avenues
concurrently.  As Marcy said, things are working for me on my workstation,
but that doesn't eliminate the possibility of something specific to
Marist's account(s).
