I have created a draft white paper/red piece/whatever that introduces OpenShift and its components, and describes a reference architecture where applications can be built, deployed, and managed.
The software required is available from public sources such as docker hub and the ClefOS EPEL repository. The paper is available from our download site: http://download.sinenomine.net/clefos/epel7/Getting_Started_with_OpenShift_on_z.pdf As this is a draft document I welcome your comment and suggestions – probably by private email rather than inflicting the list with evidence of my mistakes. It’s easy to assume knowledge or skip steps when you’re in the thick of things so fresh eyes are always valued. Apologies that the ToC and references aren’t hyperlinks but Word doesn’t preserve them when creating a PDF.
