You can use your z/VM's FTP (either client or server) to upload the files
needed for the installation, see the "The Virtualization Cookbook for IBM z
Systems Volume 2:Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 Servers" Redbook (
https://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redbooks/pdfs/sg248303.pdf), "1.1.1  Prepare
RHEL 7.1 bootstrap files for LNXADMIN":
