I'm not aware that OpenShift 4.2 for Linux on Z requires a z15. I didn't notice that in the installation material on the Red Hat web site. I'm pretty certain that the preview version has been installed here at the WSC and that environment is running on a z14. I'm curious where you heard/read that it would only run on a z15?
