Hi all..
I am currently developing hardware with PIC and BASIC STAMP
microcontrolers and i`m having a little problem to get the programmed with
their software for DOS.
I read all the dosemu HOWTOS and i found the part about accessing
the parallel port directly. I included the "ports" line as advised on the
HOWTO and if I`m not mistakened it worked (it was a long time ago).
These days I tried to program the microcontrolers again but it
couldnt find my parallel port. I tried everything i could think of to fix
it but it refuses to work. I did debugging on the ports and it does not
show any message about the parallel port address 0x378.
If anyone is interested i have debugging outputs, linux kernel
version is 2.0.32.
