Turning of adress is done (as shown by Simon's code) by writing to
port 0x15. The code in ROM also clears the byte at ss:0x22, don't
know if this is necessary. Writing to port 0x14 turns the protection
on again.
I have various notes of things I've found out by disassembling etcr.
