You probably want to go ahead and boot into DOS, then use David Murn's
ELKS loader program, which boots ELKS from DOS.  If you need to, you can
put it in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file and fake a true boot to card.  Or even
make it your shell in your CONFIG.SYS file.
