As a latest update...
doa.org is co-located at a public high-school. Long story short, their
access wasn't paid for 2 years, and so they got cut off. They were not
aware of the fact the payment was not being made. They've decided to
leave the old ISP, and are moving to another ISP, with a larger pipe to
the internet. There isn't an ETA at the moment, however it should be done
RSN, as there is money being lost by the school while this is down.
The CVS server is still reachable as "oo.ms" or "dyndr.ea.ms", or it's IP
address is 194.134.136.157. doa.org should be up soon (we're talking a
matter of days, hopefully).
