Did you by any chance exclude BIOS floppy drivers from config ?? I guess
you did. DEvice 0x380 (major 0x03, minor 0x80) is first floppy drive,
BIOS driven.

Yes, i remember having problems with bios fd support if i excluded bios
hd (for testing purposes of direct hd driver, that was while ago but
doshd.c hasn't changed a bit since then afaik).
