Yes, microwin runs both a Win32 api and an X-like API on ELKS. Both run in
quite a bit under 64k. Currently, microwindows runs in about 40k and supports
window frames, title bars, buttons, etc and client coordinate drawing areas.

No network support. Al's got a very basic unix sockets built but that's about
