Well, if anything, ELKS which is what the Linux-8086 list is normally
discussing, would be perfect for an embedded 80C186 based system, since DOS
based systems are mostly going embedded, or just plain going away. This is
very definitely an example of a new world order, when it comes to such
things as embedded systems. On a different tack, the Topica.com problem has
been solved, they will not be bothering us again.
