I have manyluy crashes when X is active and I switch from X back to a
console. Most of the time, one harddrive led is active and that led only is
lit when a non DMA"d disk is active.

I have experienced this type of crashes with my old P5-100 and S3 as well as
the Abit BP6 (2x466, non OC, 256 MB) with a viper 550 (XSVGA)
