See the BP6 manual at the Abit site www.abit-usa.com
<http://www.abit-usa.com>  or www.abit.com.tw <http://www.abit.com.tw>

You will probably need a DOS/Win9x bootdisk; go to www.bootdisk.com
<http://www.bootdisk.com>

Hope this helps and good luck!

Rahul

FYI, the QQ BIOS update does fix the Win2k ACPI compatibility problems. It
does not fix the Linux APIC problem, I still get APIC errors on both CPU's
with 2.3.42.

                Great!

                Can someone quickly review the procedure for saving current
bios
                and flashing to a new one (and restore of old if it breaks?
:)
                or point to a doc about it?

                Thanks,

                James
