I decided to give Suse 6.3 a try a couple of a weeks ago on my dual-500Mhz
(not OCed) system, and it has been very stable ever since. The Suse
kernel is a version of 2.2.13, with additional patches, including support
for the HPT366 controller (which I am not using).
I do have a screen saver running (kmatrix), and I am using the NJ
bios. The system has an ATI video card and QQ would not work.
Again, I have disabled everything I could in the BIOS for IRQs.
