I believe it is RH based, with Andre's patches for the HPT, and maybe
other stuff.

This site crashed NS 4.7 in a heartbeat for me (surprise). Was just
curious if lynx or w3m was missing something since it seemed so
skimpy.

I wonder if there are any real enhancements other than throwing
together bits and pieces from here and there.
