DUDE, thanks a lot.  That was it!  I can't believe how long this problem 
has been eating at me.

You and a number of people have brought up the PW issue - all of you should 
line up so i can give you all a kiss.

I keep hearing about QQ - but the only version of the bios that i see at 
abit's web site is NJ.  where does QQ come from?
