I will take a look. I don't have any ISA cards, but I guess the LPT could
be using IRQ 5 (though I also tried 7 without success).

Yes, both USB and ACPI are disabled in the BIOS since I don't use them.

BTW, I finally got everything working last night. The pci busmastering
in slots 4 and 5 was the key. I have slot 4 empty now.

AFAICT, es1371 and PCI TNT share well, as do es1371 and FA310TX.
The latter is how I have it now - used it all night without incident.
