I'm positive it's your RAM causing these APIC errors...

Or better, it's the timings you put the RAM sticks under...
I have 2 sticks that work fabulously fine, no APIC errors at ALL (!!),
and now I have 2 others that give APIC errors when put under fast timings.
I had to slow them down to get rid of the APIC errors...

Try it...
