I have a BP6 system with a GeForce 1 DDR card (Creative Annihilator Pro).
The Nvidia drivers have absolutely astounding OpenGL performance. Yes, I'd
prefer not have someone loading a binary-only module in my kernel, but what
can ya do?
There have been occasional lockups (only yesterday did I upgrade to the 1.0
drivers). But, interestingly this has never occured while screaming along in
Quake III at 1600x1200 and full acceleration (those rocket trails are
amazing) but while sitting there in 2D and surfing with Mozilla.
