service qmail-smtpd dan qmail-pop3d anda kelihatannya
up/down terus (bandingkan dengan service qmail-send).
seperti yang sudah diduga oleh rekan yang
lain, check tcpserver (ucspi-tcp) kalau belum install
ya install dulu, kalau sudah install, coba cari path-nya.
