halo linuxer saya punya konfigurasi proftpd seperti di bawah ini dan saya jalankan
dengan perintah 

/usr/local/sbin/proftpd -c /usr/local/etc/proftpd.conf

kenafa kok setiap mau akses ke ftpserver  muncul dialog untuk ngisi usr dan password ?
dan udah saya coba berbagai user dari anonymous sampai root (plus passwordnya) tetap 
tidak bisa diakses ?
