sepertinya ini bukan masalah squirrelmail nya. Coba cek apakah mailbox 
user frans ada ? jika anda menggunakan vpopmail silahkan periksa di 
~vpopmail/intercitra.com/frans. Jika tidak menggunakan vpopmail coba cek 
di ~frans/Maildir
