Very good also in PHP 4. Well known about RDBMS (such as pgsql, mysql, or oracle) 5. Having good understanding and concept in Networking (Network Administration, TCP/IP Concept and Programming) 6. Well understand in XML, WML, and HTTP Protocol 7. Java Programming is a good advantage 8. S1 graduated (fresh graduated are welcome) from any major (preferably Comp Eng, Comp Sci, Electrical Eng.
