Glaciers are formed by SNOWFALL. SNOWFALL = PRECIPITATION.
Continous snowfall builds up so much weight that the ice starts
getting squeezed out over the edge of where it is accumulating,
and being a somewhat plastic material, starts flowing down the
path of least resistance, like a giant river.

The *ONLY* analyses that predict global warming are computer models
that
1) PRESUME global warming
2) use temperature data *exclusively from URBAN weather stations
(i.e. in downtown areas where *local* ground temperatures
are elevated due to a combination of heat absorbtion by
concrete and asphalt, combined with re-radiation and convection).
There are ZERO rural-weather stations that show *any*
data in support of any global warming scenario.
3) the "global warming" crowd is the SAME group of leftist-assholes
who, in the 1970's were predicting that by the year 2000, we
would be in the midst of a deeeeeep ice age. Strangely enough,
their solution to *BOTH* of these problems is to reduce our use
of internal combustion engines and electricity.

making products which are EXPORTED to other countries. Therefore,

Errm, no, America produces so much pollution because of it's policies of
rampant capitalism which makes the government afraid to impose any kind of
environmental regulations. Hence America's unwillingness to enter into any
kind of international agreements on reducing pollution - the government is
afraid of the backlash from its industrial sector.

claiming that you know of Glaciers losing adding a combined tolal of
