1. LICENSE
(a) Xandros Desktop OS Open Circulation Edition (the "Software
Product") is a modular operating system made up of individual software
components that were created by various individuals and entities
("Software Program").

5. RESTRICTIONS
The End User may permanently transfer all of the rights under this
EULA, provided that the End User retains no copies or registration
numbers, that the End User transfers all of the Software Product, and
that the transferee agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. The
End User shall: (a) not distribute copies of the Software Product as
pre-installed or OEM software; (b) not distribute any Software
Program(s) except as permitted under the license agreement relating to
such Software Program; (c) not rent or lease the Software Product; (d)
maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the Software Product;
(e) not reverse-engineer, decipher, decompile, or disassemble the
Software Product, except and only to the extent that such activity is
expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation;
(f) not deploy the Software Product in a commercial, industrial or
educational environment except under a separate license agreement with
Xandros; and (g) not distribute the Software Product with magazines or
books except with the prior written consent of Xandros.

hmmm...infolinux punya hitam diatas putih nggak dengan Xandros?

kalau xandros membolehkan berarti...? atau apakah xandros merasa
warnet tidak termasuk?
