alpha newbie needs help! (film at 10)

Hello,

I recently acquired a DEC AlphaStation 200 4/166, and am having quite a bit of 
difficulty in getting Linux (RedHat 5.1) set up on it.  (actually, more like 
getting it to boot at all).

I would like to know if such requests are appropriate for this list, and if 
not, can someone provide me with the subscription info for a more appropriate 
list.
