Hi,

I'm trying to compile a kernel (vers. 2.2.5) for a XP1000 machine (21264
cpu). I downloaded a running kernel (2.2.5-22) from redhat but it's far
too big and not adjusted to my needs. Any attempt failed to compile a
kernel myself. The kernel crashes after recognizing the cpu and the
availabe memory (see output below).

Any hints or ideas are welcome.
