Hi, Today I turned on my AlphaPC 533sx and AlphaBIOS told me the following: --- cut --- The firmware has determined that system time is invalid. It will be reset to factory default values. You can set the time to correct value by entering CMOS setup from AlphBIOS setup. --- cut --- Please notice that this really is a 'AlphBIOS' string in the last line (!!) how can I correct that?? Is it possible, that the BIOS battery has some problems?? Where is this one located?? How can I detect these problems?? Maybe it's also a firwmare problem. (Don't think so, but...) I'm using "AlphaBIOS version 5.66 (Jun 23 1998, 17:17:18)". regards, gerhard -- "We all know Linux is great...it does infinite loops in 5 seconds."
