That is a known problem (beside heat problems) with UDBs. I have
had to take the power connector apart, and clean the contacts to remove
the corrosion, before I could get my UDB stable again. But after that, it
was quite stable (until the CMOS battery died, but that is another
story)... It might be worth taking the power connector apart, cleaning it,
and rebending the clip so it holds tightly to the MB power connectors
