Alpha instructions sets binary encoding

I've bought an Alpha and installed Linux on it in order
to port Pliant language (http://pliant.cams.ehess.fr/)

Where could I find an online spec of the Alpha instructions
set and the way it is binary encoded, so that I can port
the Pliant code generator.
