I'm not sure if you can change this within AlphaBIOS, don't remember
seeing that option. One thing you could do (and I don't think this is a
'supported' option) is to jumper the soft power switch, then you should be
able to control the power by the power supply. I don't know if this will
cause any long term damage to the boards...I just know it worked for me on
an LX.
