I've got one PC164 running linux and several SX164 (running linux). I also
had some bad experience with PC164. Under 2.0.x kernels it ran fine. Since
I upgraded to 2.2.x kernels, it wouldn't run any modularized kernels
(running non-modular kernel is fine though). My ATAPI ZIP drive also
doesn't work anymore (it used to work just fine under 2.0.35 and works
fine in any other machine). It also doesn't reboot properly (it always
hangs while 'calibrating delay loop'; it cold-boots fine though).
I boot it from ARC. My next shot will be to boot it from SRM, I'll see if
it makes any difference.

Peace!
