This is slightly off topic but...

I've just tried to compile a kernel (actually I tried two versions 2.0.33 and
2.0.35) with the new binutils package (binutils-2.9.1.0.7-libc5) and it appears
that there's a problem with objdump (actually with the kernel source).
The source uses the old option format of objdump and has objdump -k as an
option. This option is no longer supported by objdump in the new binutils
package. Of course I was stupid enough to overwrite the man pages for objdump
with the new ones so I've got no idea what "-k" is supposed to do.

Anyone know a work-around for this?
The -k option seems to be associated with an offset. Is this the same as
--adjust-vma

Also where's the best place to send a bug report? I don't want to go
hassling the wrong people.
