Fvwm usually has a feature to cycle backward through the windows (F8 ?). Have
a look in your ~/.fvwmrc file. Near the end is a section on key bindings and
this will show you what all the keys are set to do. There is no feature exactly
like the last two most recently used windows, but I think it does cycle through
the windows in order of depth (ie. which one is behind which).
