No revolutionary difference exists between 4.0 and 5.0.
However number of supported formats (doc 97, xls 97, etc..) is greater.
But most of the time it can not read these.
If the documents are short and are not so complex your chance is higher.
And 5.0 has very strict licence policy.
You have to register and obtain an damn LONG key from StarDivision even though
you use it personally.
And you have to do this twice.
One for trial installation, one for permanent use.
If you are satisfied with 4.0 no reason exists for upgrade.
