what do you mean by "free" ? anyway , the answer you got was not spam , and

OK , you can pay for windows stuff , but not for GNU products.
( remember that the GNU project accepts donations ).

People who write the products need to go to the grocer from time to time.
And it may take much time to write some of them , at least much more time
than to download it.

If you want something which fulfills your needs , a good solution may be to
write it and distribute it for free as a free software.
