I have 2 physical HD's
I made room for the boot partition on the primary drive by deleting a fat
partition then figured I would just put it back after the boot partition was
installed
hda is primary master of course, hdc is secondary master (nothing on primary
slave, cdrom on secondary slave)
I installed RH5.2 by the workstation installation, and it put the /boot
partition on hda just like it should
well my problem is when I tried to do a fdisk from dos to get my partition
back it loads and then just freezes and doesn't even get to put the text on
the screen
If need be I can uninstall linux and the /boot partition no problem if there
is a better way to make space for the /boot partition on hda
can linux fdisk do a fat partition if that would work?
to clear it up, it doesn't sound clear to me after rereading it
I need to either figure out how to get my DOS fdisk working again
or at least get my partition back somehow, I got almost 500 megs just
sitting there
Thanks
