Found it! Use "compress folders" in the File menu.
On a related issue, what do people use for "automatic" mail retrieval when
using Netscape? I'm looking at using fetchpop, with xbiff or xmailbox to
notify me when mail arrives. Then I have to go out of Inbox and back in
again to see the new messages in Netscape (looks like neither "Reload" or
"Refresh" work).
