Easiest way is to make a boot floppy for the purpose.

Edit /etc/lilo.conf so that

        boot=/dev/hda
becomes
        boot=/dev/fd0

Assuming that everything else in there is valid (after removing
any reference to you windows parition), put in a floppy disk and
run lilo to create a boot sector on it.

When you want to boot windows, boot from the hard drive.

When you want to boot linux, boot from the floppy (which will be
almost as fast as it only reads a few hundred bytes from it
before continuing to boot off the kernel image on the hard
drive).

You'll have to update this disk if you change things around on
your linux partitions (eg, new kernel etc).
