Not that I'm aware of. The normal warnings about using a snapshot GCC apply,
but other than that everything should be fine.

I think it's all fairly self-explanatory. If you run into trouble feel free
to ask.
I'm not sure what state the Thumb configury is in, though. You might find
that target tuples like `thumb-*-linux' are rejected. If so, let me know and
I'll see what I can do about that.
